• Refund Policy
  1. daytum’s Online Classroom is a Subscription Platform as a Service. By registering, you agree to our Terms of Use. You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, we do not refund or prorate unused portions of a subscription. This means that if you cancel your subscription, it will no longer auto-renew. By cancelling, you will retain your access until the end of your subscription period and the subscription amount will not be automatically rebilled.
  2. With respect to refunds, we try to be as understanding as possible and   each case individually for confirmation, but here are examples where a refund would be granted:
     • You were mistakenly charged twice in the same month
     • You mistakenly set up payment for two (2) of your own daytum Online Learning System access
